Alicia G. Bergeron is the founder and President of the Mariposa Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping women rediscover their strength and purpose. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Education from Nicholls State University and a Master of Business Education from LSU Shreveport, equipping her with the expertise to excel in both education and leadership.
A John Maxwell Certified personal development coach, trainer, and speaker Alicia is deeply committed to guiding others toward overcoming challenges and achieving their goals. Currently, she is furthering her credentials through The CaPP Institute's personal and executive coaching certification. Her career journey has also taken her into the oil and gas industry, where she has excelled in pipeline construction—a testament to her versatility and drive.

The applicant must be a single female over 35 who is divorced, widowed, or has had a life-altering event and resides within the Lafourche, St. Mary, Terrebonne Parish. (Life-altering event applies to, but are not limited to, recovering alcoholism, drug abuse, and physical/mental abuse).
